so, here is your original answer::

as written above, let the first three terms of an AP are A+1,A-1,A.

A.T.Q,

a+1+a-1+a=24,

3a=24,

a=8

hence first no. will be, 8+1=9

so, second no. will be, 8-1=7

and the third no. will be, 8

so, the first three terms of the A.P are 7,8,9..
