the 2nd integer will be (x + 4)

x * (x + 4) = 3[x + (x + 4)] + 8

x² + 4x = 3(2x + 4) + 8

x² + 4x = 6x + 12 + 8

x² + 4x = 6x + 20

x² - 2x - 20 = 0

(x + 1)(x - 10) = 0

The only possible solution is x = 10 because the two integers are positive. Therefore, the first integer is 8, and the second integer is 10
