let the 4 nos be a- 3d, a-d, a+d and a+3d
si according to d 1st condition
a-3d+a-d+a+d+a+3d=20
therefore a=5

now According to d 2nd condition
(a-3d)²+(a-d)²+(a+d)²+(a+3d)²=120

then u got both the values
substitute both the values and get the 4nos.
