Here's your answer...

Let the length, breadth and height be l, b, h respectively.

l+b+h = 19 cm

(l²+b²+h²)^½ = 11 cm

By the identity of (a+b+c)²...

(l+b+h)² = l²+b²+h² + 2(lb+bh+hl)
361 = 121 + 2(lb+bh+hl)
2(lb+bh+hl) = 240

Since 2(lb+bh+hl) = surface area of cuboid...
Surface area = 240 cm²
