Step-by-step explanation:

like fraction means the fractions having the same denominator.

Here the sum is 11/13. Therefore the denominators are 13.

Let the numerators be x and y respectively.

A/Q,

x/13+y/13=11/13

=>x+y/13=11/13

comparing both sides we get,

x+y=11------(i)

Also,

x/13-y/13=7/13

=>x-y/13=7/13

comparing both sides we get,

x-y=7------(ii)

adding (i) and (ii) we get,

x+y+x-y=11+7

=>2x=18

=>x=9

Now, putting value of x in (i) we get,

9+y=11

=>y=2

We know that the original fraction are x/13 and y/13

therefore the fractions are:9/13 and2/13
