The sum of money with Mona and her sisters is 95 rupees. If Mona has 15 rupees more than her sister, then find the amount with each of them.

Mona 's sister has x rupees

then Mona has x+15 rupees ( from question )

Sum of rupees is 95 rupees

then (Mona's money + Mona's sister's money = 95)

then x+15+x=95

2x+15=95

2x=95-15

2x=80

then x=80÷2

then x=40

So Mona has (x+15) =(40+15) =55 rupees

Mona's sister has (x) =40 rupees
