Now, first term a=S1⇒a=3×1+12=4 and

Sum of first two terms=a1+a2=a+(a+d)=S2=3×2+22=10

⇒2a+d=10⇒8+d=10⇒d=2

Now, a2=a+d⇒a2=4+2=6

a3=a+2d⇒a3=4+2×2=8

a15=a+14d⇒a15=4+14×2=32
