and numerator be y

We get Fraction=
$\frac{x}{y}$

According to question

Equation 1:
$x + y = 20$

and

$\frac{x - 5}{y - 5} = \frac{1}{4}$

Therefore
$4x - 20 \: = y - 5$
$4x - 15 = y$

Putting value of y in equation 1

$x + 4x - 15 = 20$
$5x = 35$
$x = 7$

and
$y = 4 \times 7 - 15$
$y = 13$
Ans.
$\frac{7}{13}$
