Answer:

the answer is -27/-35=27/35

Step-by-step explanation:

let the number be added becomes x

so, x+8/x=3/4

(given :-3 is added to both denominator and numerator so , )

numerator becomes =x+8+3

denominator becomes =x+3

so the fraction becomes =x+8+3/x+3=3/4

=x+11/x+3=3/4. (cross multiply )

=4(x+11)=3(x+3)

=4x +44=3x+9

=4x-3x=9-44

=x=-35

according to the question

we see that :-

x+8/x=

-35+8/-35. (substituting x =-35)

-27/-35(ans)
