Let the present ages of son and father be x and (60 -x) years respectively.

Then, (60 - x) - 6 = 5(x - 6)

54 - x = 5x - 30

6x = 84

x = 14.

Son's age after 6 years = (x+ 6) = 20 years..

Sum of Father and son Age=60 years

Let Father Present Age==x years

Then Son present Age=(60-x) years

After 6 years

Father Age =(x+6) years

Son Age=(60-x+6) =(66-x) years

Father Age is also 5 times son age (66-x)

A/Q

(x+6) years=5(66-x) years

x+6=330-5x

x+5x=330-6

6x=324

x=324/6

x=54

We Got Value of x=54

Son Age after 6 years=(66-x)

=(66-54)

=12 years

\boxed{\mathbf{Son \:age\:after\:6\:years=12\: years}}
