the equation will be x+x+30=150

2x=150-30

2x=120

Let , the bigger part be m

and, the smaller part be m-30

$\therefore{m+m-30=150}$

$=> 2m-30=150$

$=> 2m = 150+30$

$=> m = \frac{180}{2}$

$\therefore{m=90}$

$and , m-30 = 90-30 = 60$
