Let sides of squares be a 1 and a 2

a1^2+ a2^2 = 640

4ai-4a2 = 64

4(ai-a2)=64

ai-a2 = 16

(a1-a2) 2=a1^2+ a2^2-2a1a2

16^2 = 640-2a1a2

2a1a2 = 384

ala2 = 384/2

al a2 = 192

(al+ a2) 2=Al^2+ a2^2+2a1a2

= 640+2x192

= 640+384

(al+ a2)^2 =1024

al+ a2 =v1024=32

a1 + a2 = 32

a1-a2 = 16

solving->:ai=24m

a2 = 8m

sides of the squares a 1=32m

a2 = 8m
