let side of bothb be x &y.
so according to que..
x^2+y^2=640...(1)
4(x-y)=64
(x-y)^2=16^2.=x^2+y^2 2xy=256
by putting. value(1)
we got..
640-2xy=256...
so xy= 192....
by solving we got
x=24 and y=8
