We know that the highest even number is 12.

The three consecutive even numbers are 8, 10, 12.

Their average = 10

Let the average of 3 consecutive odd numbers be 'a'

a + 10 = 25

a = 15

The required odd numbers are 13, 15, 17

So, the lowest odd number is 15.
