let unit digit be x and tens digit be y
so according to question

x+y=12. (i)

suppose no. was 10y+x
so after reversing it will become 10y+x

now according to condition

10y+x=10x+y+54

now solve these two equations.....

9y-9x=54

y-x=6. -(ii)

y=9
and. x=3

the number/answer for the question given above is 39. As the sum of the two digits (3,9) is 12, the number when reversed gives 54 as difference between the original number (93),(93-39=54).
