Ten's digit is x. One's digit is y.
x+y=15
10y+x=10x+y-27
10x-x-10y+y=27
9x-9y=27
x-y=3
x=y+3
x+y=15
y+3+y=15
2y=12
y=6
x=9
The number is 96.
