Let the no. At tens place be x
And no. at ones place be y
x+ y=9
9(10x +y) = 2( x+ 10y)
90x + 9y = 2x + 20y
90x- 2x = 20y - 9y
88x = 11y
8x = y
Now substitute the value of y
x+ y = 9
x + 8x = 9
9x = 9
x = 1
Now substitute the value of x
8x = y
8× 1 = y
8 = y
The no form = 10x + y
=10× 1 + 8
=10+ 8
=18
