now, if the no. are reversed

then it is 63 more than the original

so

x + y = 9

10y + x

so

10y+x = 10x +y

9x-9y=0

now

9x-9y = 0

x+y =9

so,

x = 9- y

now

9(9-y) -9y =0

81-9y -9y =0

81-18y =0

81=18y

81/18 = y

y= 4.5

now

x+y=9

4.5+x =9

x = 9-4.5

x = 4.5
