let x be in tenths place and y be in units place. The desired no is 10x+y, now if we reverse them we get10y+x....

According to question,

sum of the digits ,x+y=10.....

10y+x=54+10x+y.....

9y-9x=54

y-x=6

or,y=6+x.....

Now,x+y=10...

putting the value of y

x+6+x=10

2x=4

x=2

y=6+2=8

the no is 10x+y=10×2+8=28 is the no.
