Let ones digit of original number be x
So tens digit is (8-x)
So number will be 10x+(8-x)
Reverse number will be 10(8-x)+x
ATQ,
10(8-x)+x-18=10x+(8-x)
80-10x+x-18=10x+8-x
62-9x=9x+8
62-8=18x
54=18x
x=3
Hence original number=10x+(8-x)
=10(3)+(8-3)
=30+5
=35
