the sum of the digits of a 2 digits number is 10. The number obtained by interchanging the digits exceeds the orignal number is 36. find the orignal number​

Answer:

ORIGINAL NO.=xy

THERE SUM OF NO.=x+y=10...........(1 )

ON INTERCHANGING THE NUMBER

(10y+x)=(10x+y)+36

9y-9x=36

y-x=4..................... (2)

ADDING 1 AND 2

2y=14

y=7

putting the value of y in equation (1)

we get x= 3

The original no. of xy is 37
