let the hundreds digit be x

then, ones digit = x/4

and, tens digit = 3x/4

sum of digits = 16

so,

x+x/4+3x/4= 16

or, 8x/4 = 16

or, x = 8

now,

hundreds digit = 8

ones digit = x/4 = 8/4 = 2

tens digit = 3x/4= 24/4=6

therefore, required no. = 862

and, 20% of 862 = 172.4
