so number is originally,

x*10 + y

also given in question that

x+y=10 ... equation 1

when you swap digits number becomes 36 more than original number  so we can write...

y*10 + x =36 + x*10 + y ..... simplify it and you get

y - x =4 .... equation 2

to solve this, simple add equation 1 and equation 2 like:

x + y + y - x = 10 +4 =14

so y =7 and x=3

original number becomes = 3*10 + 7 =37
