therefore, Original no is 10x+y

if the digits are reversed, new no= 10y+x
10y+x=10x+y+18
9x-9y=-18

x+y+x-y=10-2
2x=8
x=4
on substituting this in eq(i)
y=10-4=6
therefore the original no is 46 or 64
