tens digit no.= 10-x

so,

    original no.= 10(10-x)+x

                        =100-9x

     new no.     = 10(x)10-x

                        = 9x+10

 atq,

      new no. - original no.=36

     =   9x+10-100-9x = 36

     =  90 + 18x = 36

     =18x =90-36=54

     = x =54/18 =3

so, x= 3

verification = ones digit no.= x =3

                    = tens digit no.= 10-x =7

new no. - original no.=36

73-37=36
