by given condition ,

x+y=11________1

10y+x =10x+y- 27

= 9y-9x= -27

= 9(y-x)=-27

= y-x=-3_______2

adding 1 and 2

(x+y)+(y-x)=11+-3

2y = 8

y= 4

put y=7 in equation 1,

x+4=11

x=11-4

x=7

the original number = 10x+y

= 10(7)+4= 74
