let the number be xy = 10x + y

sum of digits = x + y = 13 ( x > y )

so x = 13 - y

number formed by reversing digits = yx = 10y + x

it is 45 less than the original number

so 10x +y - (10y +x) = 45

     10x + y - 10y - x = 45

                9(x - y)    = 45

                  x - y       = 5

  substitute value of x

      13 - 2y = 5

           8 = 2y

           y = 4

           x = 13 - y = 9

therefore the number is 94
