then the tens digit is 9 - x

original number is -

(9-x).10+x

90-10x+x

90-9x

number formed when digits are reversed :

x.10+9-x

10x-x+9

9x+9

according to the question :

9x+9+27=90-9x

9x+36=90-9x

9x+9x=90-36

18x =54

x=54/18

x=3

thus , original number is 90-9x i.e. 90-27=63
