then the tens place digit =x-3
according to questions ,we write formula
no.=10×tens place digit+ones place digit
10(x-3)+x
10x-30+x
no.11x-30
according to questions now,digit reversed/interchaged
tens digit =x
ones digit=x-3
new no.=10×tens place digit +ones place digit
no.=10×x+x-3
10x+x-3
11x-3
according to questions,we making one equation
11x-30is not equal to 11x-3
in question the new no.is less then previous no.11x-30=11x-3+9
11x-30=11x+6
11x=11x+6+30
11x=11x+36
11x/11x=36
