let the units digit be x
let the tens digit be y
so the two digit no. is 10x+y
ATQ, x+y=7
or, x=7-y.....(i)
Also ATQ,
(10y+x)-(10x+y)=9
or, 10y+x-10x+y=9
or, 9y-9x=9
or, 9(y- x)=9
or, y-x=1
using equation i, we get,
y-(7-y)=1
or, y-7+y=1
or,2y =1+7=8
or, y =4
so x = 7-y=3
the no. 10x+y=34
