Hey mate here is your answer:

__________________________

Let the digit at ones place be X
Let the digit at ten's place be 7-X.
No. formed : X+10(7-x)
=X+70-10x
=70-9x

No formed on interchanging the digits :
10(X)+7-x
10x+7-x
9x+7

According to the question:
70-9x+27=9x+7
97-9x=9x+7
-9x-9x=7-97
-18x=-90
X=-90/-18
X=5

So Now,
Original number = 70-9x
{putting \: the \: value \: of \: x}
70-9(5)
70-45
25

So 25 is your answer!
