Answer:

let once place digit be x and tens place digit be y

number = 10y+ x

x+y = 7

10y+x+27= 10x+y

27= 9x-9y

27 = 9(x+y)

3= x-y_1

7= x+y_2

adding 1and 2

2x = 10

x= 5

y= 2 the number is 2×10 + 5=25
