Answer:

26

Step-by-step explanation:

Let the unit's place digit = y and ten's place digit = x

So, Number = 10x + y

Now, x + y = 8 (Given) -----(1)

Now, 10x +y  + 36 = 10y + x   {if no. is xy then reverse = yx}

     ==> 9y - 9x = 36

      => y - x = 4  ----(2)

Now, Add (1) and (2):

  => 2y =12 ==> y = 6

So, x = 8 - 6 = 2

So, Number is 26

One's place digit =xsay

Ten's place digit=8-x

A number=10(8-x)+x

=80-10x+x

=80-9x

By the problem

80-9x-36=10Xx+(8-x)

80-36-9x=10x+8-x

44-9x=9x+8

-9x-9x=8-44

-18x=-36

x=-36/-18

x=2

ONE'S PLACE DIGIT=3

TEN'S PLACE DIGIT=8-x

=8-2

=6

A NUMBER=10(6)+2

=60+2

=62

because,

62-36=26

REVERSE NUMBER IS 26
