ACCORDING TO THE GIVEN QUESTION

p + q = 9 ... Equation i

10q + p + 9 = 3 ( 10p + q )

7q - 29p = -9

29p - 7q = 9 ... Equation ii

FROM BOTH THE EQUATIONS WE HAVE

36p = 72

p = 2 And q = 7

So, the two digit number is 27
