the tens digit be y

then no. is 10y+x

x+y =9

x=9-y

10y+x-45=10x+y

10y-y-45=10x-x

9y-45=9x

9(y-5)=9x

y-5=x

put the value of x

y-5=9-y

y+y =9+5

2y=14

y=7

x=9-y

x=9-7

x=2

so, the no. is=10*7+2
