Let the required number be 10x+y.
Given :
x+y=9 -> eq1
Also 10x + y / 10y + x = 3/8
=> 80x + 8y = 30y+3x
77x =22y
=> 77x =22(9-x) By eq1
77x =198-22x
99x=198
|x=2|

From eq1, y =7
Thus required number =10(2) +7
=27

7
2x=9
x=9/2
then 3:8=3x:8x
then 3(9/2)+8(9/2) then solve this
