leat the unit's digit =x

sum of digits=7

ten's digit=7-x

number=10(7-x)+x=70-10x+x=70-9x

after reversing digits-

unit's digit=7-x

ten's digit=x

new number=10x+7-x=9x+7

according to proboblem

70-9x+3=4(9x+7)

73-9x=36x+28

73-28=36x+9x

45=45x

x=45/45

x=1

number will be=61or it can be 16
