The sum of the digits of a two digit numbers is five if the digits are reversed the number is reduced by 27. Find the number.

Reversed Number :  10y + x

10x + y - (10y + x) = 27

x - y = 3 ------------ (2)

Adding equation (1) and (2)

2x = 8

x = 4

Substituting value for x in equation (1), we get

4 + y = 5

y = 1
