As the Sis has posted the full question given above.

According to her statement:-

let x and y the digit

x+y=12 -(1)

54+(10x+y)=(10y+a)

54+10x+y=10y+x

9x-9y=-54

x-y=-6 -(2)

By adding (1) and (2), we get:-

x+y=12

x-y=-6

----------

2x=6

----------

[x=3]

Therefore by putting value of x in (1) we get:-

[y=9]

As, 39+54=93

Therefore, origal number=39

Number when digits reversed=93

Hope it helps you,
