Answer:

x+y=9

9(10x+y)=2(10y+x)

≈90x+y=20y+x

≈90x-x=20y-y

≈89x-19y=0

solving graphically

X=1.6

y=7.4

Let the number be 10x+y

X +y= 9

9(10x+y)=2(10y+x)

90x+9y= 20y+2x

88x=11y

8x=y

Substituting this in x+y=9

X+8x= 9

X=1

Y=8

The number is 18
