so, reversed number=10(10-x)+x

=100-9x

according to the question

100 - 9 x -(9x + 10) = 18

100 - 9x - 9x - 10 = 18

90-18x =18

- 18x = 18 - 90

-18x = -72

x=4

so, (4*10)=40+(10-4)=40+6=46
