Hey
Here is ur answer
Let the ones place be x and tens place be y
Two digit number = 10*tens place + ones place
Two digit number = 10y+ x
According to question
x+y=12➖ (1)
After interchange the digits
Then
Two digit number = 10x +y
Now
According to question
10x+y-10y-x = 18
9x-9y= 18
x-y= 2➖ (2)
Solving 1 and 2 equation by substitution method
From equation 2
We get
x-2=y➖ (3)
Put x-2=y in equation 1
We get
x+x-2=12
2x=14
x=7
Put x=7 in equation 3 we get
7-2=y
y=5
Therefore two digit number = 10y+x= 10*5+7=57
The number is 57
Hope it helps you
