Original number will be 10Y + X and reversed will be 10X + Y

According to the first condition

X + Y = 12

According to the second condition

10X + Y = 10Y + X + 18

9X - 9Y = 18

X - Y = 2

Solve this and you get

X = 7, Substitute value of X in equation 1

7 + Y = 12

Y = 5

Therefore the original number is 10Y + X i.e. 50 + 7 = 57
