a5 + a9 = 40.
= a + 4d + a + 8d = 40
= 2a + 12d = 40....................... eq - 1.
=8th term of Ap-
= a8 = a + (8-1)d
= a8 = a + 7d
=14th term of Ap-
= a14 = a + (14-1)d
= a14 = a+ 13d
a8 + a14
a + 7d + a + 13d = 64
2d + 20d = 64.......................eq- 2
= Substract eq 1 from 2
2a + 20d = 64
2a + 12d = 40
