Answer: The first 10 whole numbers are: 0+1+2+3+4+5+6+7+8+9=45
The first 10 highest negative integers=(-10) + (-9) + (-8) + (-7) + (-6) + (-5) + (-4) + (-3) + (-2) + (-1)= (-55)
Therefore,sum= (-55) + 45= (-10)
