given
Sn= 4n^2 + 2n
use
Tn= Sn - S(n-1)
=4n^2 +2n -4(n-1)^2 -2(n-1)
=4{n^2-n^2+2n-1} +2{n-n+1 }
=8n-4 +2 =8n-2
Tn= 8n - 2
Sn= 4n^2 + 2n
use
Tn= Sn - S(n-1)
=4n^2 +2n -4(n-1)^2 -2(n-1)
=4{n^2-n^2+2n-1} +2{n-n+1 }
=8n-4 +2 =8n-2
Tn= 8n - 2
