l+b+h = 38 cm
 \sqrt{l ^{2} +b^{2} + h^{2}} =22 cm

 \sqrt{ (l^{2} + b^{2} + h^{2} )}=22 cm
l^{2} +b^{2} + h^{2} =484 cm
(l+b+h) ^{2} -2lb-2bh-2hl=484 cm
38 ^{2} -(2lb+2bh+2hl)=484
1444-484=2(lb+bh+hl)
960cm=2(lb+bh+hl)

as total surface area of a cuboid is 2(lb + bh+hl) , the total surface area of
this cuboid is 960 cm
