There are 3 isotopes of hydrogen :

1. protium

2. deuterium

3. tritium

Protium has only one protons and no neutron in its nucleus therefore is also called as ' proton'.

Deuterium has one neutron and one proton in its nucleus there for the sum of the number of protons and neutron is '2'..

Tritium has 2 neutron and one proton I'm its nucleus making the sum of protons and neutrons '3'.

SO the answer to ur question is either (b) or (c) depending on which isotope

HOPE THIS HELPS !!
