Let the fraction be a/b
a+b=2a+4
a=b-4....(1)
a+3/b+3=2/3....(2)
Substitute (1) in(2)
b-4+3/b+3=2/3
By cancellation we get b=9
Substitute b in (1)
Thus (a,b)=(5,9)
...hence solved...
