The sum of the numerator and denominator of a fraction is 8. If 3 is added to both the numerator and the denominator, the fraction becomes 3by4 Find the fraction .​

now,

now by substituting values of (1) and (2) we get y =5

and by putting value of y=5 in (1) we get x=3
